![]() ![]() Would like to get some install I do working and actually able to run. Still, would have liked to get Kompozer working on my system. But, with Writer doing it, I guess I can just use that. I found this out by opening every text editor on my system and trying them out, since Bluefish didn't work this way - none of them did this either. ![]() I don't know if you got it with Writer under Windows. Interesting note : In Libre Writer, you get this functionality. And no forum or easy way to contact the Bluefish people to find out how to do this. Nvu's creators used pieces of the Mozilla browser. So, this is a case of needing that functionality, and not knowing if Bluefish has it, or how to use it if it does. Best of all, Nvu comes in a version for all three major operating systems: Windows, Mac, and Linux. If you get a list of 100's of URL's, you don't know what is what. Navigate the following registry key and find the one of. In Bluefish, when you paste them into it, it only pastes in the URL's. Hold Windows and R keys to open the Run command, type in regedit in the box and click OK. So you could come back later and know what each video was in an instant. In Windows, I could then past it into the window for Komposer and it put in the list of videos with the descriptions as links. When I was on Windows, I could use a neat little extension called "Snaplinks Plus" to right click, drag down the list of the videos, and then a menu popped up which included "Copy to Clipboard". Or I'm watching something and I see some other interesting videos I may want to watch later in the suggestions - whatever the case may be. If the one I'm watching doesn't work, maybe one of the other ones will, so I want to save the list of them for later viewing. ![]() This WYSIWYG web editor is similar to Adobe Dreamweaver. On the right is a list of suggested videos. A demonstration of how to download and install Kompozer from the website. ![]() I think the video I have watched is going to work, but with cars you never know. Sometimes I am watching a youtube video, let's say a video about how to do a car repair. Tried all of the above solutions, Kompozer still won't start and run for me. It didn't work in the way I needed it to, they have no support forum to ask how I make it run the way I need it to, and I need that particular functionality of Kompozer that Bluefish doesn't give. Thanks for that information Piotr, I downloaded Bluefish and installed it.
